One-time digital downloads
Because store items are digital products delivered instantly, a refund is only available
if the file has not yet been accessed or downloaded.
- If you have not used your download link, contact us and we’ll refund your
purchase in full.
- Once the file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and the
purchase is non-refundable.
By starting your download you acknowledge that you are accessing the digital content immediately
and that doing so ends your right to a refund. This does not affect your rights where an item is
faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect files
If a download is corrupted, won’t open, or isn’t what was described, contact us within a reasonable
time and we’ll provide a working replacement or a refund.
Physical merchandise (printed to order)
All merchandise is printed to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand
partner and then posted — nothing is held in stock.
- Faulty, damaged, misprinted or wrong item. If your item arrives faulty, damaged in
transit, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of
delivery with your order reference and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a free
replacement or a full refund. You don’t need to send a faulty item back unless we ask.
- Change of mind or wrong size. Because each item is printed to order, we’re generally
unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or where the wrong size was chosen —
please check the size guide before ordering. This does not affect your statutory
rights, including any right to cancel a distance purchase under applicable consumer law, or your
rights where an item is faulty or not as described; if you believe you have a right to return an
item, contact us and we’ll help.
- Cancelling or changing an order. Orders are sent for printing quickly, so once
production has begun we may be unable to change or cancel them. Contact us as soon as possible if
something’s wrong.
Delivery of merchandise
We can only ship merchandise to countries our print partner serves; destinations we can’t fulfil can’t
be selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your account and depend
on the destination — we’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. For deliveries
outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Memberships & subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future
renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- We do not generally refund part-used subscription periods, except where required by law or where
we’ve made an error.
Feed the Husky (support tips)
Feed the Husky tips are voluntary contributions to support PSYB and help keep the
music coming. A tip is a gift rather than a purchase — you’re not buying anything, and no goods,
downloads or services are provided in return, beyond our genuine thanks (and a place on the
supporters wall, if you choose to be named).
Because a tip isn’t a sale of anything, tips are non-refundable once they’ve been processed.
If you tipped by mistake or something doesn’t look right, get in touch as soon as you can and
we’ll do our best to put it right.
How to request a refund
Contact us via the contact page with your order email and the product
name. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take a few
business days to appear.
