These terms govern your use of PSYB (“we”, “us”, “our”) at https://psyb.uk. By creating an account, subscribing, or buying a download, you agree to them.

You must provide accurate details and keep your password and two-factor authentication secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
One-time purchases from the store give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the content for your own use. Unless explicitly stated, you may not redistribute, resell, or publish the files, or use them in a way that infringes our rights. Download links are personal to you and limited in number of uses and time.
All music, audio, artwork, text and other content on PSYB is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Buying a subscription or download does not transfer ownership — only the limited licence described above.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to break security or access other accounts, no automated scraping, no uploading unlawful or harmful content, and no abusive behaviour in community features such as chat. We may remove content and restrict access to keep the community safe.
Payments are handled by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
Because store items are digital products delivered instantly, a refund is only available if the file has not yet been accessed or downloaded.
By starting your download you acknowledge that you are accessing the digital content immediately and that doing so ends your right to a refund. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
If a download is corrupted, won’t open, or isn’t what was described, contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll provide a working replacement or a refund.
Contact us via the contact page with your order email and the product name. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take a few business days to appear.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
